Our history
RFM Land Use Consulting, which began providing consulting services in February of 2024 in Madera County, California, specializes in land use planning and entitlement processing. Prior to this venture, we gained valuable experience in the public sector for over 17 years, focusing on general plan verifications, site evaluations, urban planning, and zoning.
